Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or leaked during shipping.
  • The item is expired upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for reasons like personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results, as each skin and hair type may respond differently to herbal products.


🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@aurium.gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product in question.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you on the next steps.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product damage.
